Pietragrande

Pietragrande is located in the comune of Stalettì, Catanzaro. Part of the spectacular Gulf Of Squillace, Pietragrande has always been the holiday resort to the local elite. With a beautiful coastline the waters here are especially clear and the beaches go from pebbles to sand depending on personal preference.

Near to Copanello, Caminia and Soverato Pietragrande is central to a large choice of beaches, restaurants, bars, Lidos and various forms of entertainment. A new shopping centre in Montepaone, (5 minutes drive) has also opened recently giving extra amenities nearby.

Watersports are available from Pietragrande and nearby Soverato and boat excursions to visit the coastline are available on a daily basis during summer months to explore the grottoes and bays.
