EuroInvest is a family run business that has operated in England and Italy for the past forty years. Our family and staff have an inside knowledge of tha area and culture that we are promoting. We help with exchanging money; opening bank accounts; obtaining of codice fiscale; gaining residency; surveys; introductions to lawyers and accountants; translations; furniture buying; planning permissions; right through to even our own in-house Italian architect for any restorations or refurbishments you may need.
  • With both an English and Italian office that you can contact, we are always available for advice and assistance.
  • Flexiblity is our motto when organising inspection visits. You will be shown the WHOLE of the area where properties are located, not only the properties.
  • We can source any type of property you wish: From land to build your own home, resales, old properties in need of restoration, off- plan developments, new builds or a seaside home.
  • Unlike other Overseas Property Agents we do not simply introduce you to overseas developers (then abandon you) but fully support you through all stages of overseas operations (hence our Italian Office!)
